Classic Homestead 1A

The spacious & central kitchen in our Classic Homestead 1A model is the focal point of the first floor. The kitchen opens dramatically to the cathedral Dining and Great Room. A first floor Master Bedroom with his and her walk-in closet and Master Bath plus two bedroom and full bath second floor make this the perfect starter or retirement home.

Classic Homestead 2A

A perfect lakeside cottage or retreat in the woods. This home offers two bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor, while reserving the first floor for living, dining, kitchen and a den/study that could also function as a guest bedroom. A convenient laundry and half-bath near the entrance round out a very efficient design.
