The Classic Farm House is a two story house, typically with a central corridor and stair. Long farmers' porches that wrap two or three sides of the house are not uncommon. The Classic Farm House offers wide flexibility in interior plan and solid comfort.

Classic Farm House 1A

A welcoming farmer's porch extends the length of the front façade, leading into the main entry hall and on into the open living room, dining room and kitchen. The rear entry mudroom offers the perfect place to hang coats, boots, and small gardening tools.

The second floor has plenty of room for a growing family, with a large hall that can be used as a study area, two bedrooms that share a full bath, and Master Suite complete with walk-in-closet and sitting area.

Classic Farm House 1B

An inviting wrap-around farmer's porch is the perfect spot to watch the sunset from this Classic Farm House. The entry opens to the large living room while offering generous closet space. A lowered countertop at the end of the kitchen island invites visitors to enjoy a cup of tea and socialize with the chef while a meal is prepared.

The second floor holds the Master Suite, plus two additional bedrooms and a full bath. The third floor loft offers another private bedroom with an open loft area.

Classic Farm House 2

A central farmer's porch welcomes family and friends into this story-and-a-half Farm House. The entry opens to the living room and study on the right or to the open kitchen / dining on the left. Both the dining and living areas access the screened porch at the rear of the house, enabling guests to enjoy warm summer nights. The cupola floods the second-floor sitting area with light, offering a quiet place to read or relax with a cup of tea. The spacious Master Bedroom suite sits privately over the living area, while two additional bedrooms share a roomy full bath on the other wing.
