All Classic Barn Homes' timber frame house plans have been built as-is or the floor plan has been modified from the original home design but stays within the footprint of the original plan. Timber frames home plans, like post and beam house plans, feature the ability to be easily customized to fit individual client needs. Within the grid work of the pre-designed timber frames, you can add shed dormers, gable dormers, covered porches, additions, and bump-outs to change the architectural appearance without adding the costs associated with a custom home design. Floor plan grids are provided so you can design your own floor plan within the framing system. We also offer sample floor plans to give you ideas of how to design your own floor plan to best fit your needs.

Each of our manufactured home floor plans, including barn homes, cottages, cabin plans, farm houses, capes, studios, mountain houses, chalets, and bungalows features an authentic timber frame home design with traditional mortise and tenon joinery.
