Q: frequently asked question

How long has CLASSIC BARN HOMES been in business?

A: answer to this frequently asked question

Classic Barn Homes (CBH) was created by Davis Frame Company to meet a growing need for pre-designed, value-priced timber frame homes. Classic Barn Homes is not a separate entity, but is a series of standard designs and options made available by Davis Frame Company, Inc., which has been in business since 1986.

President, Jeff Davis, and in-house licensed architect, Jeremy Bonin, created this collection of pre-designed timber frame models based on American classics such as barns, capes, chalets, and mountain homes.

Q: frequently asked question

Does CLASSIC BARN HOMES build my home?

A: answer to this frequently asked question

Your General Contractor is responsible for building your home. Davis Frame Company has crews that travel throughout New England to help your General Contractor erect the timber frame and install the Structural Insulated panels if he/she is not familiar with this type of construction. For areas outside of New England, we can suggest other frame and panel crews.

If you do not already have a General Contractor, we can help you find one in your area.
